At Umiya Parivaar, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all our users. We take Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) extremely seriously and have implemented strict policies and measures to protect children from harm.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content
We strictly prohibit any content that promotes or depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any such content will be removed immediately, and the user involved will be subject to account suspension or permanent ban.
2. Reporting Mechanism
We provide an in-app feedback page where users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content, including content related to CSAE. Our team reviews all reports promptly and takes immediate action. To report any issue, please visit the Feedback Page within the app.

3. Moderation and Review
We use a combination of automated tools and manual moderation to detect, prevent, and remove harmful content. Our moderation team operates 24/7 to review user-generated content and reports of CSAE. Any content found violating our policies will be removed, and offending accounts will be penalized.
4. Account Actions and Penalties
Any user found engaging in or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation will face immediate suspension or permanent banning of their account. We take such actions to ensure the safety and security of our users.
5. Legal Compliance
We comply with all relevant national and international laws aimed at protecting children from exploitation and abuse. In compliance with these laws, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies. We also report incidents of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities where necessary.
